Nantes is a city of more than 300,000 people in the western part of France with a history dating back more than 2,000 years. It is home to a major river port on the Loire River. In his honor, an unusual machine park was built here, where you can, among other things, ride a huge, walking mechanical elephant.

Commuting to Nantes - bus, train and plane

Nantes has ring roads and is close to important highways leading to Paris and Bordeaux, among others. Nantes airport is 8 kilometers from the city center. However, we will not reach it by direct flights from Poland. A better option to reach the former capital of Brittany is a flight to Paris combined with a TGV train trip or a direct bus ride from Poland to Nantes. Sindbad buses stop at the SNCF Sud train station, near the Mercure hotel. From there, the city's most important sights can be reached by covering a distance of just over a kilometer.
