Interestingly, it is the oldest city on Germany's northern coast, with a history dating back to the Middle Ages, when it was an important trading port and fishing center. Today, Norden retains many historic buildings that testify to its rich past, including charming townhouses, churches and the town hall.

Gorlice - Transport, Buses and Buses

Gorlice is a nearly 26,000-strong town in Malopolska province located on the northern border of the Beskid Niski in the valley of the Ropa and Sekowka rivers. It is a beautifully located town with an unusually rich history. Due to the pharmacist and entrepreneur associated with the city and the inventor of the kerosene lamp, Ignacy Lukasiewicz, it is called the city of light.

There are many interesting attractions and tourist trails in Gorlice. Also worth a visit is the Open Air Museum of Oil Industry "Magdalena" located on the site of a former oil mine. Gorlice is also home to numerous cemeteries, especially from World War I, as it was in this area that intense fighting took place in 1915, which on May 2 allowed the Russian front to break through and significantly changed the course of the war.
