Pyskowice is a small town near Gliwice in the Silesian province. It is inhabited by a population of about 16,000 people. The most important monuments are located within the old town, which has preserved its former medieval urban layout to this day. While in the market square, it is worth noting not only the building of the town hall, but also the 18th and 19th century houses surrounding the main town square. There is also a Marian column from 1809 and a fountain from the first half of the 20th century. The Town Hall is now the home of the Pyskowice City Museum, which presents historical and regional exhibitions related to the city and its surroundings, or a sizable collection of minerals. The most important church in Pyskowice is St. Nicholas Church, dating back to the 13th century. Inside it one can see the historic altar of St. John of Nepomuk. Pyskowice lies on the route of national and provincial roads. The A1 and A4 highways run nearby. From the Pyskowice train station one can most often get to Gliwice or Opole, but also to more distant cities, including Wroclaw, Krakow or Sopot. Lying in the Silesian province, near Gliwice, Pyskowice is a small town with a long history. Pyskowice was first mentioned in 1256, in a document by Wrocław bishop Thomas. The town was granted city rights in 1260.

Savona is a port city in northwestern Italy and one of the most important cities in Liguria. It is inhabited by about 60,000 residents. What interesting things does Savona offer? How to get to Savona?

The drive to Savona can take about 19 hours by car, so it's a good idea to plan an overnight stay along the way. Some tourists choose to travel by plane. The closest airport to Savona is Genoa, about 55 kilometers away. You can fly there from several Polish cities with up to one change, and then take a train to reach the city in just over an hour. The route runs along the coast, thus providing picturesque views from the windows.

Savona has a train station well connected to cities such as Turin, Genoa and Nice. You can also get here by bus directly from Poland. If you are interested in further destinations, know that from the seaport of Savona you can go to Sardinia or Corsica, among others.

Savona is a small Italian city in the Liguria region in the northwest of the country. An important port is located here, making Savona an important trading center. Savona is also famous for its soap - in the 15th century it became one of the largest and most important soap-making centers.
