SUMY

Sumy, a city in northeastern Ukraine that is the capital of the Sumy region. Located on the Psel River, Sumy is one of the most important administrative, economic and cultural centers in this part of the country.

BASEL

Basel is Switzerland's third-largest city and the only one with a port - a river port, of course. It is located on the Swiss border with Germany and France on the Rhine River. Basel can be reached by plane, flying into France's Saint-Louis airport, from which you take a city bus to Switzerland.
