Nowy Sacz - is a district town in the Małopolska province. It is the capital of Sądecczyzna and the largest city of Beskid Sądecki. It is interesting to note that Nowy Sacz is one of the oldest towns in Malopolska, having been recognized as a royal town of the Cracow land as early as 1292.

There is an expressway running through Bielefeld that lies on the B61 national road, and the A2 highway connecting the Ruhr area and Berlin passes by.
