How to get to Savona?

The drive to Savona can take about 19 hours by car, so it's a good idea to plan an overnight stay along the way. Some tourists choose to travel by plane. The closest airport to Savona is Genoa, about 55 kilometers away. You can fly there from several Polish cities with up to one change, and then take a train to reach the city in just over an hour. The route runs along the coast, thus providing picturesque views from the windows.

Savona has a train station well connected to cities such as Turin, Genoa and Nice. You can also get here by bus directly from Poland. Our buses stop right in front of the main train station, at Aldo Moro Square. If you are interested in further destinations, know that from the seaport of Savona you can go to Sardinia or Corsica, among others.

Savona is a small Italian city in the Liguria region in the northwest of the country. An important port is located here, making Savona an important trading center.
