About 75 kilometers from Freiburg, there is an airport located in France that serves three major cities: Basel, Mulhouse and just Freiburg. From the airport you can take a bus to Basel, from which, in turn, there is a train that allows you to reach the center of Freiburg in less than an hour and a half.
